Last February, fortune smiled upon me and provided the opportunity to work at Sunshine home. I have worked in the Bunnies Class for only one month, and already I feel that I know and get along with these children so well. It is challenging at times, but every day I am reminded of why I love my job.

Working with children is not always easy. Sometimes they get angry and throw tantrums, but in these moments I know that there is kindness in their hearts, and that these strong emotions will pass. The world is so beautiful through a child’s eyes. 

Children like to tell you all of their thoughts. I love my students’ curiosity and energy. They bring much joy and laughter to my life.  

I have noticed that children are deeply affected by our actions. Even the subtle things like eye contact and smiling are enough to influence a child’s perception. As someone who works with children, the most important thing for me is to have a loving heart, patience, and enthusiasm. I always feel happy, even when the job is tough. Seeing my students’ smiling faces makes it all worth it.
