Winter is synonymous with snow, but here in southern China children rarely see it. But that’s all right, because we will make our very own snow in a science workshop held by Sunshine Home Books & Toys!
In this experiment, we will not only learn to make white snow, but also will try to make snow of various colors. Children with strong manual dexterity will also have the chance to build a tiny snowman!
About the workshop
The children will:
• Get to know about snow and its process of formation;
• Learn the vocabulary related to snow and winter;
• Conduct the Man-made Snow experiment;
• Try to build a tiny snowman!
About the teacher
Sunita is a Montessori teacher from India. She has a Bachelor of Arts and a Master’s degree in English as well as a TEFL certificate. She has a Montessori diploma for teaching in both the Casa and Elementary classrooms. Sunita has more than a decade of teaching experience in India, Singapore and Nepal.
