We here at Sunshine Home are highly committed to providing the best education possible for our children. We are always working to help our teaching staff learn to better serve our parents and students. Teachers teach, but they are also always learning! To help us all learn together, on April 28, we gathered all our teachers from Ruijing, Seaside and Lakeside at the Ruijing campus to attend a teachers’ training day.

Teamwork is so crucial for teachers in the classroom. The training day was a great opportunity to strengthen our team spirit and to learn more ways to work as team to better care for our students. We also learned a lot about different pedagogical methods, building off of each other’s strengths and talents to make everyone a stronger educator.

Thanks to all of our parents for their support and cooperation. We’d also like to thank our academic directors for their efforts. And, of course, thanks to our teachers for their participation and hard work.
