In order to further promote home-school communication, on September 20, 2019, Lakeside Sunshine Home Kindergarten held an open day for parents for this new semester.
Our activities were well organized, with scientific arrangement, including full programs, clear division of labor and effective flow, in which parents have gained a simple visual image of their children’s studies and life at Sunshine Home.
The activities include inviting parents to observe classroom teaching, watch their children eating snacks, participate in outdoor family games, watch children's lunch etc.
They were full of great interest, which made communication and joint effort come true between home and campus.
Our teachers were involved in introducing our educational principles and the progress of our children’s one month performance after entering the new term.
"Through this morning’s activities, we have got a general idea of our children's school life. Now we are content with the school-running standard, which made us at ease”, quite a lot of parents told us after the activity.
Teachers also expressed that they would take this Open Day as an opportunity to be assure of parents' needs and innovate teaching methods so as to achieve a win-win between home and school, and open new prospects altogether.
