With the continuous improvement of living standards, more and more waste is produced in daily life. Waste will not only affect people's health, but also causes great pollution to the environment.

In order to reduce the harm of "waste" to the environment, create awareness of the importance of waste sorting, and cultivate children's awareness of environmental protection, Seaside Sunshine Home carried out "Waste sorting " themed environmental protection activities.

 

 

The teachers prepared an abundant amount of materials for these activities. They used vivid pictures to introduce to the children the signs of waste sorting and explained the types of waste as well as how to classify waste.

Children used their brains and answered enthusiastically, they learned much about the correct way to sort waste. Teachers also gave the children a hands-on opportunity to practice their sorting skills.

These activities helped our young children to understand how to make the environment around them healthy. 

Our children will carry on with waste sorting actively and consciously in their daily lives now that they know the importance of protecting the environment.

These activities also helped children understand saving the environmental starts with them, even the smallest things should be done to make the world a cleaner, happier place.
