Safety always comes first in Sunshine Home. In order to enhance the teachers' awareness and ability to salvation, as well as ensure the safety and health of teachers and students, we invited teachers of Xiamen Red Cross to conduct emergency rescue skills training for us.

During this training, teachers of the Red Cross taught teachers and staff about common accidental injuries, cardiopulmonary resuscitation and airway obstruction by means of knowledge dissemination, on-site demonstration, and solving puzzles. The treatment of airway obstruction aroused a lively discussion and great attention!

 

 

Teachers gathered together and carried out a positive discussion on their daily teaching content. A discussion was held about the curriculum setting, proper planning and how to make the lessons engaging! Teachers enthusiastically spoke up and shared their thoughts with each other.

 

Experienced Montessori teachers were also actively engaged in conversations about the behavior of teachers and how to lead by example for children. They also shared their daily means of observing children by telling teachers to watch from multiple perspectives and asking that teachers give more informative reports to parents.
