Easter is an important holiday in Western culture.  Children love the excitement of Easter! On Thursday, our teachers prepared a variety of activities to help the children at Sunshine Home experience the atmosphere of a common Easter celebration.

The teachers helped children understand the meaning of Easter through several activities.  They showed the children pictures of Easter bunnies, baskets, colored eggs, egg hunts, and typical holiday parties. They made an Easter craft. They also had the opportunity to paint eggs, a popular Easter tradition.

The students had fun creating the crafts, painting the eggs and immersing themselves in the atmosphere of Easter.
