The Ruijing Branch held its annual Parents’ Career Day on March 10. Everything went smoothly thanks to our wonderful parents, students, and staff. The Koalas Class hosted Austin's father, a preschool P.E. teacher. He introduced and led various sports games that the children thoroughly enjoyed.  Melody's mother, a cello teacher, showed the children the structures of the cello and violin, as well as how to play them. She also read a delightful play. Ryder's father, who is a fireman, demonstrated the different firefighting equipment, and how to escape a fire.

The Hippos Class welcomed Eric’s father who talked about the history of beer and different types of beer packaging. Eric’s mother visited the Lions Class and introduced different Min Nan tea customs. They learned about picking tea, the utensils used for making and tasting tea, and also the origin of tea.The Bunnies Class greeted Danny’s mother who works in a bank. She described her daily tasks to the children and showed them different coins. They also discussed the value of saving their pocket change.

Bonnie's dad visited the Elephants Class. He works in the area of e-commerce, and showed how to conduct online business transactions. He also invited each student to participate in online trade themselves. The Dolphins Class hosted Mimi’s mom. She loves to cook, and taught the class how to make biscuits. The children had so much fun baking with Mimi’s mom. Again, thank you everyone for your support and cooperation during this event. We believe that collaboration with our astounding parents makes Sunshine Home even better and brighter!
