The Growth of Andy

Time flies. Three years have passed before I knew it. From the beginning of my pregnancy until now, I’ve always felt so lucky to have you in my life. Looking back, there have been countless bittersweet moments, happy memories and cheerful laughs.

When you were born, you lay in my arms crying for food and rest; you helped me to understand the mysteries of life.

When you were a month old, you were able to explore the new world with your bright and curious eyes. From three months old to one year and three months old, you loved to smile so much! You would smile whenever you saw people.

When you were one year and six months old, you learned how to walk. The first time you called me mom, I felt so touched that tears almost came down my face.

In October of 2018, I sent Andy to Sunshine Home and accompanied him for a whole school day.

I could feel that he was very curious about the life here. On the fourth day, he was a little upset. On the first day of the second week, he said he didn’t want to go to school. I encouraged him and told him, “Mom will pick you up early.”

At the same time, there were three classmates he knew in the class so he quickly adapted to the school life and went home happy every day. This really alleviated my worries.

I believe that studying in Sunshine Home will help him to grow up happy!
