Wow, how lucky am I? I’m sure every teacher says this but I feel like the luckiest person alive teaching these most wonderful children! I am inspired every day by their inquisitiveness, intrigue and love of having fun, being silly and learning!

Every day I start ‘circle time’ with Peter the puppet in Bunnies and Hippos! They are fascinated by him and talk to him as though I were not there! Lions volunteer letters of the day, talk to me about their lives outside of school and bring context to our themed vocabulary. 

Games and song and dance provide the most amount of fun and learning across the three age groups and I hear them humming and singing songs when I have left the room.

I hope that their passion for learning and for having fun continues throughout their lives - they are all fantastic young people!
