The Importance Of Children's Initiative

Most parents’ worries about their children come from not putting their children in a more active position.

For example, parents complain that their children are not good at learning, but in fact, it is because they do not let their children explore their own interests, so as to let them learn for the sake of interest.

Parents complain that it is difficult for a child to find a job, but in fact, it is because they do not lead their child to understand the world and develop the career interest.

Parents complain that their child becomes a mess, but in fact, it is because they do not let them take care of themselves or make them do housework during their childhood.

Parents complain that their child has a bad relationship with colleagues and family, but in fact, it is because they do not guide them to care about and help others from an early age.

If you want your children to succeed in the future, parents should not guide them to see which industry has prospects, which position is well paid, and who is now very successful.

Instead, lead the kids to consider: what abilities do you have? How can you make other people's lives better?

Do you see anything around you that needs to be improved and that coincides with your strengths? What kind of a better world can you imagine?

Maybe when we think about our children's future careers, we can refer to this approach:

1)Kindergarten: self-care, love family;

2)Primary school: self-care, share housework, help with family, care for community and society, small-scale social practice;

3)Junior high school: share housework, volunteer experience, formed social projects, innovative entrepreneurial ideas;

4)High school: volunteer, innovative entrepreneurship project;

5)University: volunteer, entrepreneurship.
