Time flies so quickly and Cici joined Sunshine Homealmost three years ago! When I occasionally look at old photos on my phone, Ican see that Cici has really grown up in so many ways and I know she understandsso much more than before

Our cute angel is always surprising us with her growth.She is sunny, lively, brave and willing to help people. She has much moreself-discipline and her behavior is so much nicer since joining Sunshine Home.

She’s always eager to go to class and I reallyappreciate that Sunshine Home provides such a warm, friendly and interestingenvironment.

Yesterday I saw a beautiful example of her kind andsoft heart. She went outside after dinner to play and she met a young boy who waspulling up plants and throwing them on the roadside. Cici was so worried thatshe immediately came home and asked me to help to plant the uprooted greenery.

I couldn’t help her right away because I was stillcleaning up after dinner. All by herself, she planted her new treasures in ourbalcony garden and watered them by herself. She then reminded me to take goodcare of her plants when she goes to class!

Cici cares about her friends just as much as nature.One time during Spring Festival, Cici and a little girl named Sunny wereoutside playing alone. Sunny fell into our community kiddie pool. Cici rushedover to help her out and then walked Sunny to her home. Sunny’s mom told methat Cici was very protective when they arrived at Sunny’s home. She toldSunny’s mom to give her a bath and to change her but not to yell at Sunnybecause it was an accident.

When a mouse later fell into the bigger communitypool, she spent almost two hours trying to shepherd the mouse to the side ofthe pool so it would not drown.

She’s also so kind to strangers. If we see a beggaron the road, even one that I think looks scary, she courageously puts money intheir collection bowl.

And of course, she’s loving to me. She often makeslittle love notes, each of which is priceless. Over the years, she’s given usall countless happy and beautiful memories!

Cici, my hope is that you will always be sunny andkind to the people around you. I hope you have a better and brighter futurethrough your efforts. I love you, Cici, and I am so proud of you!
