Timmy is crying

1. We use gentle hands.

If a child hits, firmly tell the child:

No. Our hands are not for hitting. Or You may not hit. We use gentle hands.

It is important that the child sees consequences to his actions.

Look, Timmy is crying. He is hurt.

If a child is throwing or mistreating the work, touch hand and say what work is for.

 We pour the beans.

2. We use walking feet inside.

If a child runs, stop him/her and say:

We walk inside. Or Walking feet.

3. We use quiet voices.

If a child is being loud, cover your ears and remind him/her quietly:

 We use quiet voices inside.

4. We clean up our work.

Always remind child to clean up.

You may choose something else when you put this work away.

5. We respect ourselves, each other and the environment.
